I started Trophy Custom Homes over 40 years ago with a simple conviction: that the process of building a home should be as rewarding as the home itself.
Too many families in the Washington DC market had experienced builders who were opaque about costs, unresponsive to concerns, and indifferent to the emotional weight of what building a home means. I wanted to build something different.
Today, Trophy has delivered over 350 homes across Northern Virginia, Maryland, and the District — each one a reflection of the family who lives there. Our team of architects, designers, and craftspeople approaches every project with the same question: how do we make this client's life better?
